1.Delete from inside the app (fastest)
The quickest way to delete everything:
- Open Orderitz and go to Profile → Settings → Privacy.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Confirm. Your data is queued for permanent erasure immediately.

Prefer to do it from the web, or no longer have the app installed? Submit the form below and we’ll verify your identity and process the deletion.
3.What gets deleted
- Your profile - name, email, phone.
- Your dietary and allergy profile.
- Your full order history and saved venues.
- Your device and personalisation data.
4.What we may retain (and why)
We permanently delete your identifiable data within 30 days. We may keep a minimal set of records where the law requires it - for example, transaction and tax records - and any data that has already been anonymised and aggregated so that it can no longer be linked back to you.
5.Timeline
- Immediately: your account is deactivated and predictions stop.
- Within 30 days: personal data is permanently erased from active systems.
- Within 90 days: data is purged from encrypted backups on their normal rotation.
